Inspired by mycelium, the network that sustains nature, Blaze is a conscious luxury hospitality ecosystem on the Guatapé reservoir. Its modular architecture, designed by Visible Design and built by Convel, blends into the landscape instead of invading it.

Hotel, dining, spa, events, marina and day passes connect with one another under a 360° operation run by expert partners, to offer in Guatapé a luxury experience that does not exist today.

A room-only hotel has a single source of income. Blaze has six: every business line on the property pays into the same result, and shareholders receive dividends from all of them.

With experienced operators as partners, commercial spaces can earn two to three times a traditional long-term lease.

What is Blaze?

Blaze is a 34-room lakefront boutique hotel in Guatapé, Colombia, conceived as a hospitality ecosystem with six business lines — hotel, dining, spa, events, marina and day passes — that all generate income for its shareholders.

How does fractional ownership work?

You buy shares in the hotel. Each share makes you a shareholder of Blaze and its operation, with voting rights and a proportional part of the dividends from its six business lines.

What is the minimum investment?

COP 230,000,000 per share, with a 10% down payment and 30 equal monthly installments. Financing options are available — contact an advisor to learn more.

What return can I expect?

The projected annual return is 16%. It is a projection based on real Guatapé data as of today — 60% occupancy and an average rate of COP 1 million — not a guarantee.

When and how are returns paid?

Dividends are distributed quarterly during the first year of operation. After that, the shareholders' assembly decides the distribution by majority vote.

Can foreigners invest in Colombia?

Yes. Foreign investors can be shareholders in Colombia. The project's legal partner, Colombia Law Group, advises on registering foreign investment and tax structure.

Can I sell my shares?

Yes. There is a secondary market: shares are offered first to existing shareholders and then to new investors, with Blaze's support.

Who operates the hotel?

Everyplace and Sin Mente, who together currently run 3 hotels, 150 active rooms and 28 restaurants, under a 360° asset management model.

Can I stay at the hotel?

Yes. Shareholders get 2 to 10 complimentary nights a year according to their tickets, plus 30% off stays, events and hotel spaces.
